What is Holistic Therapy?

Holistic therapy is an approach to healing and growth that equally acknowledges the mind, body and spirit.  I integrate psychotherapy, with evidence-based modalities of self-care.  We will work together to develop a plan that takes into consideration your unique emotional, physical, energetic, environmental and spiritual needs.  By integrating a holistic approach, you will gain greater physical and mental wellbeing to help you live a more productive and authentic life.  I use the following techniques based on the clients’ needs and preferences:
